The History of Ahan Thai

Thai cuisine (Ahan Thai), is the national cuisine of Thailand. Thai cuisine places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Thai chef characterises Thai food as demonstrating "intricacy, attention to detail, texture, color, taste and the use of ingredients with medicinal benefits as well as great flavor", as well as care being given to the food's appearance, smell & context. Experts on Thai food observes that unlike many other cuisines, Thai cooking rejects simplicity and is about "the juggling of disparate elements to create a harmonious finish"

One way to look at the unity of Roman architecture is through a new-found realization of theory derived from practice, and embodied spatially. Civically we find this happening in the Roman forum (sibling of the Greek agora), where public participation is increasingly removed from the concrete performance of rituals and represented in the decor of the architecture. Thus we finally see the beginnings of the contemporary public square in the Forum Iulium, begun by Julius Caesar, where the buildings present themselves through their facades as representations within the space.
